Steps


Step 1:

Once the offer of employment has been made, you will receive a link via email to complete the onboarding paperwork. Visit our Getting Started page by clicking the highlighted link in this step. The Getting Started page will provide the information you need prior to your first day at John C. Fremont Healthcare District. A checklist is provided to allow you to check off steps as they are completed to ensure that everything has been taken care of prior to your New Employee Orientation.

Step 3: Visit our Benefits page by clicking the highlighted link in this step. Benefit information will be reviewed in detail during New Employee Orientation. Reviewing the Benefits page prior to Orientation will help you become familiar with what John C. Fremont Healthcare District offers.

Step 5: Visit our Contact page by clicking the highlighted link in this step. The Contacts page will help familiarize you with the Employment Team as well as our locations.

New Employee Orientation (NEO)


When: NEO is scheduled on the third Thursday of the month unless otherwise noted.

Time: NEO begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m.

Where: Your NEO session during Covid-19 will be held virtually. You will receive the access information with your official clearance email.

Things to know:


· You must connect to your virtual NEO session by 8:30 am. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting Human Resources to let someone know, you will be asked to reschedule. Contact information is provided below.

· You must have a badge prior to your first day of work that is provided by Human Resources.

· You must attend NEO before you begin work with John C. Fremont. If you need to reschedule your Orientation date, please contact our HR Assistant. Contact information is provided below.

· You will be paid for NEO. A lunch break will be provided.

· Dress code for the orientation is Business Casual.

Frequently Asked Questions


Q: What is the appropriate dress code for Orientation?

A: Your goal is to present a business like, professional appearance and allow patients or visitors to easily distinguish an employee from another patient or visitor.

Q: How can I find out my work schedule?

A: Your manager will provide your work schedule. We recommend contacting your manager prior to your New Employee Orientation date to work out your schedule.

Q: How do I know what to claim on my taxes?

A: If you are having trouble figuring out what to claim, we recommend you consult a tax professional. You may adjust/update both your state and federal tax forms throughout the year.

Q: Can I change my Direct Deposit?

A: Direct Deposit can be added, changed or canceled at any time by logging into one point and making that change online.

Q: Where can I find Benefits information for John C Fremont Healthcare District?

A: Benefits information can be found under the Benefits tab. If you have further questions regarding your Benefits, please contact the Benefits department at (209) 966-3631.

Q: Do I get paid for attending Orientations?

A: Yes, you do get paid for attending all of the Orientations. You will be given a time and edit sheet at NEO to complete and submit to your hiring manager. During NEO, you will be shown how to clock in and out for your shifts including the remaining Orientation.
