Dear Greeley Hill Community Members:
John C. Fremont Healthcare District is in the process of exploring new locations for our Northside Clinic, as the current location is closed, due to the fire that took place on April 14th.
During the closure of the current clinic, JCFHD is still providing care to our Greeley Hill patients, by providing home visits to those who cannot make it to the Mariposa clinic.
The clinics phone number is still the same (209) 878-0155, and all phone calls and prescription faxes are still being processed as normal.
